Printing

Printers - All library computers are networked to black and white printers. The first 25 pages per day are free to print. The Library also offer wireless black and white printing inside the library. Ask Library staff for instructions. Color printing is not currently available in the library, but may be available in the Academic Computing Lab.

Wireless Printing - For those who would like to print from their own devices, a wireless printer is available near the Circulation Desk.

For help printing, stop at the IT Help Desk, located in the Library (A212).

Apple AirPrint

  1. Connect to the MCC wi-fi
  2. On website or document, click the Share button
  3. Select Print from options
  4. Nearby wireless printers will be available
  5. Select: LIBAIRPrint printer
  6. Click Print
  7. Printing statues will display if successful

Android Wireless Printing

  1. Connect to the MCC wi-fi
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Go to General > Printing
  4. Add service for the Printing communications
  5. Play Store will open as option for downloading service
  6. Search for Xerox Print Service Plugin
  7. Click on Install
  8. Accept terms of use
  9. Select the Xerox Print Service to see options
  10. Select to turn the service ON
  11. Select OK for document transmissions
  12. Select Add printer
  13. Add printer by IP: 172.26.31.128

Printing from Windows Laptop

  1. Click the Start button, and then, on the Start menu, click Devices and Printers
  2. Click Add a printer
  3. In the Add Printer wizard, click Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer
  4. In the list of available printers, select the printer named LIBARIRPrint, and then click Next
  5. If prompted, install the printer driver on your computer by clicking Install driver
  6. Complete the additional steps in the wizard, and then click Finish
