Keeping Guides Current and Up-to-date: Checking Links

Once a semester, a report should be run for any broken links.  These should then be corrected or removed.

Each page should also be manually checked, as links may be broken that were entered as rich text, which will not be revealed by the report.

Keeping Guides Current and Up-to-Date: Making Pages Active or Hidden

Certain pages are used and made active only at specific times during the year.  An example of this is the Halloween page of the leisure reading guide. Some learning community guides or themed English sections may only run once a year of every two years, etc. Don't delete guides that may be deactivated and activated again later.
