- Deleting databases to which we no longer subscribe:
- Database assets will be removed for all instances of that database from the guides
- Elizabeth will notify reference of the deletion.
- For all questions regarding databases and libguides, contact Elizabeth
- Replacing databases no longer subscribed to with a new similar database:
- When the old database is deleted, a list of the guides in which that database was used will be sent to reference. Reference will then decide where to place the replacement database and make those additions.
- Deleting a Guide:
- When a guide is deleted, its assets are not. Therefore, the Assets List should be routinely checked for assets that are no longer being used (indicated by 0 instances of use). These assets should be deleted from the Assets List.
